Annual Contributions for Organisations
The CO₂ Performance Ladder is an independent market initiative, fully financed by the companies and governments involved. Together, they contribute proportionally to the costs of, among other things, managing the certification scheme, the further development, the helpdesk, the website and the foundation.
Please note: this division into company sizes simply implies the variable of the annual contribution to SKAO and is not related to the company sizes as used in the CO₂ Performance Ladder Handbook.

* Note: A company, including its subsidiaries, will never pay more than €6,000 per year in total contributions. This ensures that companies certified at the subsidiary level won’t face excessive costs.
